Sebastian Meade, Artist
Sebastian Meade is an artist from Freeport, Maine. He has
been serious about his art for many years – taking classes at
Maine College of Art on Saturdays and attending the Early
College Program there. Sebastian’s area of concentration is
sculpture although he works in many different formats including
painting, photography and film. He encourages the audience to
experience art, to be involved in his work. His work pulls the
viewer in. His whimsical approach to sculpture charms the
viewer. He has won awards for his film making.
He is a graduate of Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin. Ripon

encourages others to be involved in producing art. He is a
partner and teacher at
Maine Arts Workshop
in downtown Freeport offering classes, workshops and artistic
